Accessibility

A website you can use your way.

Our approach to accessible Reqva website content and how to report a barrier.

We want Reqva’s website to be understandable and usable across different devices and ways of navigating.

Our approach

The design aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast and labelled controls. Information in product demonstrations is also presented as text, so an animation is not the only way to understand an example.

Motion should respect your device’s reduced-motion preference. The site is designed to adapt to smaller screens and browser zoom.

Email enquiries

The pilot page prepares an email draft; it does not submit a form to a server. If using the composer or opening your email application is difficult, you can email [email protected] directly with your enquiry.

Tell us about a barrier

Email [email protected] and describe the page, what you were trying to do and what got in the way. If you are comfortable sharing your browser or assistive technology, that can help us investigate.

You can also request the relevant website information in a different format. We will discuss an approach that works for the request.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is part of ongoing website review. This page describes our approach; it is not a claim of independent certification or an assurance that every possible device and assistive technology combination has been tested.
