Privacy, in plain language.
How the Reqva website handles your visit and the email enquiry you choose to send.
This notice covers the Reqva information website and enquiries sent to Reqva. For privacy questions or a request about your information, contact [email protected].
Browsing this website
The website application does not include analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural profiling or account registration. It does not set cookies or store visitor information in local storage.
Delivering a website involves technical information such as an IP address, the requested page and browser details. Hosting infrastructure may process or log this information to deliver and protect the site. This is separate from the application’s use of cookies or analytics.
Preparing a pilot enquiry
The pilot page helps you prepare an email. Text you enter is processed in your browser to build the draft. The website does not submit it to an enquiry service, save it to a website database or automatically send a message to Reqva.
When you choose to open the draft, its contents are passed to your chosen email application. You can review and edit the message before sending. Your email application or provider handles that draft under its own privacy terms. Copying the draft places the text on your device’s clipboard at your request.
If you email Reqva
We receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include, such as your name, role and restaurant. We use that information to respond to your request and manage the conversation about Reqva or a possible pilot.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please avoid sending staff records, customer information, sensitive personal information or supplier documents at this stage. Any documents required for a pilot will be discussed separately.
Access and retention
Enquiries are handled by the people responsible for responding to Reqva enquiries and by the email services needed to receive and deliver the conversation. Retention depends on whether the conversation is active, whether follow-up was requested and whether a record is needed to address the enquiry or meet an applicable obligation.
You can ask us to stop following up or request deletion of your enquiry by emailing [email protected]. We will consider the request under the rules that apply to your information.
Your questions and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct your information, request deletion, restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy. You can raise a privacy concern with us at the address above or with the data protection authority where you live or work.
There is no requirement to send an enquiry to browse this website. If you choose not to provide a contact address, we may be unable to reply.
Product data is separate
The product workflows shown on this website use illustrative data. Handling real restaurant documents in a pilot will require a separate explanation of that service’s data handling before onboarding.
